Luquan Launches New Automated Brake Pad Line

Luquan Auto Parts has commissioned a new fully automated brake pad production line at its Foshan plant. The investment raises monthly output by 35% and reduces unit variation through closed-loop process control.
The line integrates automated mixing, hot pressing and scorching, with inline vision inspection at every station. Combined with our existing metrology lab, this strengthens Luquan’s ability to serve high-volume OEM programs.
